The credibility I bring to my coaching clients comes directly from my personal experiences. As an athlete and educator, I’ve learned first-hand how proper nutrition and recovery can lead to optimal performance in all aspects of life. I have gained knowledge and insight on living a happy, well-balanced life through the years, and I am looking forward to sharing that knowledge with other active adults.
